Recipient must notify NSDA PAC IMMEDIATELY via https://nsdapac.wixsite.com/resale, if the costume is not as described and an exchange needs to be made. Returns must be received within 7 days of notification sent to NSDA PAC through the Wixsite above (not to exceed 14 days after the delivery date of the item as confirmed by USPS) and must be in the same condition and packaging in which it was received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Once the costume is received and confirmed by NSDA PAC, the new costume will be prepared for shipment.  An email notification will be sent with the shipment cost for the new exchanged costume.  Shipment charges or any applicable costume cost for the exchanged costume will be sent to buyer via email. Buyer will need to transfer money via PayPal to booster4nsdapac@gmail.com as friends and family, so as not to incur additional PayPal fees.  Once money is received, the new costume will be sent to buyer.
